a morning in cebu strait

these are photos i created during my trip to cebu to attend the One Visayas event. this is just a part actually of the trip, photographs of the usual scenes when you are onboard m/v don martin from calbayog to cebu voyage.

i wish i have at least 600mm focal range for this one.

for a coin…

One of the hardest things for me when taking photos of unfortunate people like them…. As i remember one of the 10 factors in creating photos, CARE - its says care about the people you photograph - see them not just as your subjects, but see them as fellow human beings. though you may keep professional distance with them but if you don’t feel right about making a photograph - don’t. The only exception to this rule is when the value of making that photograph can ultimately move or help others… now if i may ask you, shall you throw a coin to them or not? its now a question of whether following your social responsibility or simply follow what you heart says.
