northern samar visit
am greatly honored to be part of the core group tasked to prepare a book for the centenary celebration of Diocese of Calbayog. the team is composed of writers, photographers and researchers. our first research and photo assignment was in northern samar, particularly the towns of catubig, palapag, laoang, catarman and capul. these places were considered to have the oldest churches in the north, erected during the first mission of the jesuits in samar island.
here are few of the images i created during our 3-day travel.

I was just surfing the internet when I happened to click at your site and was surprised that our sites looks a lot similar, though I think you are using joomla. I am using wordpress.
But the surprise of it all is that you are also from Samar. Taga-Samar liwat ako pero taga-Norte. I am awed with your pictures. I am also into photography, hobbyist gad la. I just recently purchased my first dslr. No tripod and no flash yet. Just a UV filter. Still saving for more accessories para naman po makapagbuild din ako ng arsenal ko

thanks for dropping by Nortehanon. am also using wordpress but migrated it to my domain with of course few html revisions.
everything big starts from small things… same with my photography, it all started as a hobby, then naging serious hobbiest, photographer, and now maybe photographist. you can’t let go the hobby side of it so to enjoy much the profession. mas matindi an passion san hobbiest than a pro… LOL
