buraboda3

i recently went home to calbayog riding alone my motorcycle. brought along of course my camera and placed it inside the motorcycle’s u-box.  as i passed along barangay burabod at around 6:00 in the afternoon, i wasn’t able to help myself but to stop and unpack my eos5dmk2 as i have to capture this scenery.  beautiful play of magical colors in this place is just an ordinary thing to the community until i showed them (bystanders) my takes thru the camera’s 3-inch lcd screen, they were astonished with what they saw…

calbayog-ctbook4

Finally i got hold of the coffeetable book! I was so excited for this is the second coffeetable book that featured my works. Thanks to the people who believed in my photography. ;-)

As i posted previously in my wordpress blog, this book is a documentation as well as a  showcase of history and heritage of Calbayog that will instill pride among generations of Calbayognons.

The book traces the beginnings of Calbayog’s history and explores its cultural, economic and political development as the premier city in Samar island and the center of the Diocese in Samar. It also showcase the beautiful natural tourist attractions that make it the Philippines’ only City of Waterfalls.
